Last Updated: April 15, 2026
WE MAY UPDATE THIS PRIVACY POLICY FROM TIME TO TIME TO REFLECT CHANGES IN OUR PRACTICES, TECHNOLOGY, LEGAL REQUIREMENTS, OR OTHER OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS. WHEN WE MAKE MATERIAL CHANGES, WE WILL POST THE UPDATED VERSION ON THE PLATFORM WITH A REVISED “LAST UPDATED” DATE AND, WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROVIDE ADDITIONAL NOTICE THROUGH THE PLATFORM OR BY EMAIL. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE PLATFORM AFTER ANY UPDATES BECOME EFFECTIVE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED PRIVACY POLICY.
1. INTRODUCTION
Tensorfuse, Inc. (“Tensorfuse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who access or use our services (“Users,” “you,” or “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and safeguard personal information when you browse through our website at https://whip.run/ (the “Website”) or use our mobile application developed called “WHIP” (the “App”) (collectively, the “Platform”), to access our services.
Tensorfuse has developed the App, a no-code, AI-powered content creation application that empowers Users to build, remix, and launch a User-generated interactive experience created, shared, and accessed through the App using natural language prompts and AI creation tools (“Whips”). Whips are generated quickly through the App and without requiring traditional coding skills or technical expertise. The App’s core mission is to democratize content creation by enabling Users of all backgrounds, skill levels, and geographies to turn ideas into live, functional Whips in a matter of seconds.
The App operates on a prompt-to-application model, whereby Users describe their idea in natural language, and the App’s underlying artificial intelligence and large language model technologies, powered by Third-Party AI Providers including Google (Gemini), Anthropic, and OpenAI, generate functional Whips from that prompt. Every application built on the App has an ancestry, it can be remixed, forked, and built upon by other members of the App community, creating a living and evolving ecosystem of collaborative content creation.
The App is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It is currently provided free of charge to Users, subject to the Terms of Service. The App’s key features include, but are not limited to:
- Build: Create a functional Whips from a natural language prompt in seconds, with no coding required;
- Remix: Fork and build upon Whips created by other members on the App, subject to the Whip Public Remix License as described in the Terms of Service;
- Publish: Share your Whips publicly with the App community and the world; and
- Collaborate: Connect with other builders, follow creators, and contribute to a growing ecosystem of community-built Whips.
The App facilitates the provision of the foregoing features and services (collectively, the “Services’) subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE TO THE COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
TENSORFUSE DOES NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DEFINED UNDER APPLICABLE PRIVACY LAWS. TENSORFUSE DOES NOT DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD-PARTY DATA BROKERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLY AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING TO AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND SUBPROCESSORS THAT PROCESS INFORMATION ON OUR BEHALF PURSUANT TO CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS REQUIRING CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY, AND RESTRICTED USE.
If you have questions regarding this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us at privacy@tensorfuse.com.
2. TERRITORIAL RESTRICTION
The Platform is only available for use and download outside the European Union. The Platform is not available for use or download by residents of, visitors to, or employees residing in the European Union (collectively, a “European”). If you are a European, please do not download, register for, or use the Platform.
If you are a resident of the United States, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States shall apply. If you are a resident of any other country, please ensure compliance with all applicable local laws prior to using the Platform. Use of the Platform is subject to both this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
For questions regarding this Section, please contact us at privacy@tensorfuse.com.
3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When you browse the Website or register to use the Services through the App, we collect personal information (also referred to as personally identifiable information or “PII”) which may include your first and last name, email address or username, browsing history, profile picture, and other personal information. The information collected will be stored on our servers or on servers operated by our service providers. You may update or correct certain personal information through your profile or account settings or by contacting us at privacy@tensorfuse.com.
a. User-Generated Content — Public Content vs. Private Drafts
We collect content you create, publish, or submit through the App, including prompts, Whips, comments, likes, remix activity, and other interactions. The following legally significant distinction applies to all content created on the Platform:
- Private Drafts: Unpublished Whips and content that you have not chosen to make publicly available. Private Drafts are accessible only to you and are not shared with, indexed by, or made accessible to any third party. Private Drafts are expressly excluded from AI training under all circumstances. Private Drafts will be deleted upon your written request to privacy@tensorfuse.com.
- Public Content: Any Whips, prompt, or content you choose to publish or make discoverable on the App. Public Content is accessible to all users and the general public without requiring an account, is indexed by third-party search engines, is subject to the Whip Public Remix License under our Terms of Service, and may be used by Tensorfuse to train and improve its internal AI models and recommendation engines as described in Section 5 below. Publication of content is largely irreversible, please review Section 5 carefully before publishing.
b. Social Interaction Data
We collect social interaction data generated through your use of the Platform, including likes, comments, remix activity, follower relationships, engagement metrics, and behavioral usage patterns (collectively, “Social Interaction Data”). Social Interaction Data constitutes personal information under applicable privacy laws and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In particular:
- Comments on Public Content are publicly visible by default. Users may delete their own comments at any time.
- Social Interaction Data — including likes, remix signals, comments, and engagement patterns — will be used in anonymized and aggregated form to train and improve Tensorfuse’s content recommendation algorithms. Social signals are the primary mechanism by which we surface the best Whips to new Users on the App.
- Tensorfuse may share anonymized, aggregated Social Interaction Data with third-party product analytics providers as set out in below. Individual Social Interaction Data will not be sold or disclosed to third-party data brokers under any circumstances.
- Upon account deletion, likes and comments associated with Public Content will be anonymized rather than deleted, to preserve the integrity of public content and social interactions on the Platform.
Opt-Out. If you do not wish your Social Interaction Data to be used for the purposes of training Tensorfuse’s content recommendation algorithms, you may opt out at any time by submitting a written request to privacy@tensorfuse.com with the subject line “Social Data Opt-Out.” Please note that opting out of the use of Social Interaction Data for recommendation training does not affect your ability to use the Platform, the public visibility of your comments, or the anonymization of your data upon account deletion. Tensorfuse will process opt-out requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
c. Geolocation and Device Information
We may collect information that does not directly identify you, such as approximate geolocation information, internet protocol address, browser type, device identifiers, and information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access the Platform, and usage details.
d. Financial Information
We do not store your credit card or bank account information on our servers. The Platform is currently provided to you free of charge. If our payment practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide notice as required by applicable law.
Certain personal information is provided directly by Users. Tensorfuse relies on the accuracy of information submitted by Users and does not independently verify all user-provided data. Users are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
4. HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?
We collect personal information from you in the following ways:
- When you browse or otherwise use the Website;
- When you register for an account or otherwise use the Platform;
- Through email, in-app messages, and other electronic communications between you and the Platform;
- From records or copies of correspondence, including email addresses and message content, if you contact us; and
- When you voluntarily submit content or information through features of the Platform.
We also collect information automatically when you navigate through the Platform, including:
- Usage details and interaction data related to your use of the Platform;
- Internet protocol addresses and device identifiers;
- Information obtained through browser cookies and similar technologies; and
- Other tracking technologies used to support Platform functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring.
5. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
We use the information that you provide to:
- Personalize your experience and tailor content and features when you use the Platform;
- Provide you with information and services that you request from us;
- Present the Platform and its contents to you;
- Notify you about changes to the Platform and updates to our Services;
- Enable your participation in interactive features of the Platform, including remixing, commenting, and social engagement;
- Operate, maintain, improve, and optimize the Platform, including troubleshooting, analytics, and performance monitoring;
- Improve customer support, respond to inquiries, and provide technical assistance;
- Administer surveys, promotions, research initiatives, or other Platform features, where permitted by applicable law;
- Anonymize and aggregate information for internal analytics, performance monitoring, and the preparation of reports and research;
- Generate and serve AI-created Whips based on User prompts;
- Communicate with you about Tensorfuse’s Services, subject to your communication preferences and applicable marketing laws; and
- Send periodic emails in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
AI Training and Model Improvement
Tensorfuse uses publicly published User-created content — including prompts, Whips, and Social Interaction Data, to train, improve, and optimize its internal AI models and recommendation engines (“AI Training”). Specifically:
- Public Content (published prompts and Whips) is used to improve the App’s core generation capabilities and the quality of AI-generated outputs.
- Social Interaction Data (likes, remixes, comments, and engagement signals) is used in anonymized and aggregated form to train content recommendation algorithms, which are the primary mechanism by which we surface the best Whips to new Users.
- Behavioral and usage data is used to improve App functionality and User experience.
Tensorfuse will not use Private Drafts or any unpublished content for AI Training under any circumstances. The distinction between Public Content and Private Drafts for AI Training purposes is as follows:
- Public Content: May be used for AI Training. By publishing content publicly on the App, you expressly consent to its use for AI Training purposes as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
- Private Drafts: Will never be used for AI Training. Private Drafts remain exclusively accessible to the creating User and are expressly excluded from all AI Training activities.
If you do not wish your Public Content to be used for AI Training, you may opt out by sending a written request to privacy@tensorfuse.com with the subject line “AI Training Opt-Out.” Please note that opting out of AI Training does not affect your ability to use the App; however, your content will remain publicly accessible and subject to the Whip Public Remix License under our Terms of Service.
Remixing — Automatic Opt-In and Opt-Out
Remixing is automatically enabled for all content published publicly on the App. By publishing content publicly, you are deemed to have opted in to the Whip Public Remix License, which permits all users of the App to access, use, modify, and create derivative works from your Public Content as described in our Terms of Service.
If you wish to opt out of having your publicly published content remixed by other users, please submit a written opt-out request to privacy@tensorfuse.com with the subject line “Remix Opt-Out.” Please note that opting out of remixing does not affect the availability of your Public Content on the App, its indexing by search engines, or its use for AI Training purposes.
Account Deletion and Content Handling
Upon account deletion, the following applies:
- Personal data (PII) associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable law and our data retention policies;
- Private Drafts will be deleted upon your written request to privacy@tensorfuse.com; and
- Publicly published Whips will NOT be removed from the Platform upon account deletion, as removal would disrupt downstream Whips remixed by other members of the community. Instead, your attribution on all publicly published Whips will be replaced with an anonymized tag (such as “@Anonymous” or “[Deleted User]”) across all instances and downstream remixes thereof. This approach is designed to balance your right to erasure under applicable privacy law with the need to preserve the integrity of the Platform's remix ecosystem.
Data Minimization
Tensorfuse collects, uses, and discloses personal information only for lawful, legitimate purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. We limit the amount of information collected to what is directly relevant and necessary, and retain it only for as long as required for the purposes for which it was collected.
User Consent
We obtain User consent where required under applicable law prior to collecting certain categories of personal information. Such consent is secured in a clear, informed, and transparent manner. Access to core functionality of our Services is not contingent upon a User consenting to data collection beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested Services.
Automated Processing and Decision Support
Tensorfuse may use automated systems, algorithms, and analytics tools to support Platform functionality, generate operational insights, and enhance User experience. These technologies are used as decision-support tools and are not intended to replace professional judgment. Tensorfuse does not engage in solely automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects on Users.
