This includes cases where someone has reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed your original work on the platform without your permission.

Please include: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content on Whip, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.

If you are a user based in India and wish to file a complaint about content on Whip that you believe violates your rights, is unlawful, or breaches our Terms of Service, you can reach our Grievance Officer at this address.

This includes complaints related to content takedown requests, privacy concerns, misinformation, or any other grievance under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and work to resolve it within 15 days.
